On World Alzheimer’s Day join the Northern Devon Care Homes Team for their annual conference, Together, towards Tomorrow. The focus of the day is Dementia Care, with many interesting speakers and opportunities to network. Free refreshments and a buffet style lunch will be provided.
North Devon Hospice will offer a drop in session on symptom management along with the Pathfinder team on the Trusted Assessor model during the lunch break in addition to exhibition stands offering advice on a wide range of products and services.
A raffle will be drawn at the end of the day (we are raising money for a local charity)
