All our providers share our values and aspirations for person-centred, integrated care and we have robust systems and processes in place to ensure our providers deliver high-quality care.

Our aim is for all of our providers to be ranked as outstanding or good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We work with any providers who require improvement, sharing best practice to help them improve. We do not work with any provider who is ranked as inadequate by the CQC.

We work with providers to ensure that their staff have the right skills and we will not work with any provider who does not pay at least the living wage.

We encourage our providers to listen to customer feedback so they know what they are doing well and how they can improve.

All our providers are compliant or have policies which cover:

  • Safeguarding
  • Prevent strategy
  • Incident reporting, including never events
  • Deaths of a service user
  • Duty of Candour
  • Complaints
  • Equality Act
  • Services environment and equipment
  • Data protection and information governance
  • IT quality and processes
