We harness the best practice to ensure that training, customer experience and quality initiatives are shared and celebrated.
We act when things go wrong – flagging up poor CQC inspections to our commissioners and taking action to help providers who are experiencing capacity or quality issues.
We report our key performance indicators to our commissioners and take action if we are not meeting any of these.
We handle the invoicing and payment function between the providers and the commissioner, monitoring activity levels to ensure that providers are invoicing correctly and that they are paid appropriately.
